HavenIntel provides digital analysis products and access-based releases. Once a purchase is completed, it is generally treated as final because the product is digital, time-sensitive, and tied to a release window rather than a physical shipment.
Refund requests will not be accepted on the basis that a match result, scoreline, or football outcome did not unfold as expected. HavenIntel provides analysis and match tracking, not guaranteed results.
If a purchased release is not delivered at all because of a clear internal service failure, HavenIntel may review the case manually. Any goodwill response remains discretionary unless a different outcome is required by applicable law.
Members are responsible for entering a valid email address, reviewing package details before purchase, and understanding the release window attached to time-sensitive football analysis products.
Nothing on this page limits any refund or consumer right that must be provided under applicable law. Where the law requires a different treatment, HavenIntel will follow that requirement.
