No Refund Policy

Digital access, generally final

No refunds are currently offered because our products are digital, time-sensitive, and match-window-based. The key exception is service failure on our side, reviewed by a documented support process.

During public soft launch, payment collection is not yet active; this page reflects the policy structure that will apply when paid access opens.

Final-sale rule

Digital access is final once the paid release window has passed and delivery status is complete.

  • Result outcome, score range, and published reviews are not reasons for refund in themselves.
  • This rule applies once a release has been published and/or matched with a completed status update.

Service-failure and missed-delivery exception

If HavenIntel misses a paid release due to a confirmed internal failure (not caused by the member), we review cases individually.

  • Possible outcomes are replacement release, credit to a future release period, or equivalent support.
  • Any resolution is based on documented evidence from delivery logs and timing records.
  • In rare legal exceptions required in your region, applicable legal outcomes will apply.

What is not considered failure

Member-side issues are not treated as service-failure cases.

  • Incorrect email address, missed promo details, or ignored delivery instructions.
  • Changes in football outcomes that differ from pre-match expectations.
  • Requests based on outcome analysis vs. expectation unless a platform-level fault occurred.

Member responsibility

Members are responsible for entering a valid email address, reviewing package details before purchase, and understanding the release window attached to time-sensitive football analysis products.

  • We can help with manual re-delivery when contact and settings are corrected where possible.
  • Support timelines may vary where user-side filtering or account access is incomplete.

Legal exceptions

Nothing on this page limits any refund or consumer right that must be provided under applicable law. Where the law requires a different treatment, HavenIntel will follow that requirement.

  • In regions with stronger statutory rights, those rights apply.
  • Any future checkout flow will also include required local disclosures.
