No Refund Policy
This page explains the current HavenIntel payment position, delivery timing, and the no-refund rule attached to private digital access products.
Release timing
Purchased releases are intended to be sent 6 hours or less before kickoff. Timing may vary depending on the match schedule, market conditions, and the internal release workflow used for that slate.
Multiples bundle fulfilment
Where a member purchases a 3-match multiples bundle and only 2 matches are released on that day, the remaining 1 match will be carried forward and sent on the next following available day.
No refund policy
All HavenIntel purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for completed purchases, including single-match access, score-range access, or bundle access, except where a refund is strictly required under applicable law.
Member responsibility
Members are responsible for entering a working email address, reviewing package details before purchase, and understanding that digital releases are delivered within a private release window rather than shipped as physical goods.
Operational exceptions
If HavenIntel does not deliver a purchased release at all due to an internal service failure, the operator may review the case manually. Any such review remains discretionary unless a different outcome is required by law.
